Multi-Logger Systems

We design, supply and install our innovative Multi-Logger systems. They were developed to conduct performance testing on mobile equipment, parameters such as engine transmission and hydraulics monitored periodically. They are also used extensively for diagnostic purposes.

Our systems have the ability for remote access via the internet. Our systems have the ability to measure up to 20 sensors consisting of Pressure Flow Speed Blow By and 16 temperatures simultaneously

These system are used on a wide range of projects including regular monitoring of engine and transmissions as well as for diagnosing the most challenging of faults.

Sensors

• Flow Meters

  Hydraulic flow meters of up to 750 litres per minute at 5800 psi (400 bar). Diesel fuel flow meters of up to 3000 litres per hour and as low as 10 litres per hour.
  

• Blow By Meter

  Used for measuring crank case exhaust up to 2600 litres per minute, these can be supplied as an individual item as a part of a multi-logger system or a complete stand along system.
  

• Temperature Sensors

  Thermocouples used to monitor temperatures of -50 deg C to 1200 deg C in a range of sizes and connections.

• Pressure Sensors

  Pressure sensors reading from -15 psi to 5800 psi.
